Learn Thai Noodles
Thais are great noodle eaters. The most common kind is rice noodles, served angel hair(เส้นหมี่ sêen mìi), small(เส้นเล็ก sêen lék), large(เส้นใหญ่ sêen yài) and egg noodles(บะหมี่ bà mìi), Chinese-style stuffed wonton ravioli(เกี๊ยว gíao) and glass noodles made from mung beans(วุ้นเส้น wún sêen) are also popular.
Unlike other Thai foods, noodles are usually eaten with chopsticks(ตะเกียบ dtà-gìap). They are also usually served with a rack of four condiments(เครื่องปรุง krûng bprung), namely dried red chillies(พริกป่น prík bpòn), fish sauce(น้ำปลา nám bplaa), vinegar(น้ำส้ม nám sôm) and sugar(น้ำตาล nám dtaan) which diners can add to their own taste
