Thai Food | ราดหน้า (Râat nâa)
Are you hungry? Yes? Me too! Hehehe 😀 … Today I would like to introduce you to “Râat-nâa”
Râat nâa is a Thai-Chinese noodle dish.
It is made with stir-fried wide rice noodles, some meat such as chicken, pork, seafood or tofu, and garlic, straw mushrooms and kale. Then it is covered in a gravy made of stock and tapioca starch or cornstarch, seasoned with fish sauce, (sweet) soy sauce, sugar and black pepper.
You can use rice vermicelli instead of the wide noodles, or use deep fried egg noodle, with the gravy poured on to soften it.
