Thai Language Course Bangkok - Beginners Course
The Beginners Course is a 30 hour study course.
Students will learn basic Thai conversation and grammar and will start to learn common Thai phrases and vocabulary.
Beginners Course Content includes:
- Thai Alphabet , Thai vowels and Thai Tones
- You will often find yourself in awkward situations. Due to this, apologizing others and thanking them are important skills while in Thai. Your teacher can also instruct you in the different ways to "wây" or bow, according to the status of different people
- You will learn how to greet others and introduce yourself
- Learn terminology that male and female speakers use at the end of sentence that denotes courtesy, especially in formal situations
- Construct simple sentences
- Construct & respond to simple questions
- Construct more complex sentences & questions
- How to count in Thai numbers
- How to use Thai telephone number
- Speaking about your Thai language skills As you progress in speaking Thai, this will become a common topic of conversation. You will be asked to explain how long you have studied Thai, where you are studying and others questions including language proficiency
- Time: This unit is focused on time, parts of the day (morning, afternoon, ...) and days of the weeks. There are many ways that Thai express time, as is the case in English or other languages.
- Describing Thai language for simple conversations
This Thai Language course is available in phonetic or Thai written language.
This is normally delivered at our Thai Language School 43 Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok.
