Rates and Payments for Training

All training sold by Thai Language Hut is 1 to 1 or one teacher to small private group training. This is the most successful formula when learning a language as complex as Thai. We make it our policy not to offer scheduled training however, we do offer private group training in addition to scheduled Tourist Training. Our successful record of language training can be seen in the large number repeat bookings and the positive comments from our students.

Payments can be made in 3 different ways, in cash if attending training in person, Paypal for credit cards and Online training or Bank Transfer. Further details are given on this page and the Packages pages.

Please see prices below for Online, On-site (at school), Off-Site Training. For Tourist Training + Packages please follow the links. Packages include the prices of books + additional supplementary materials. Those new to learning Thai should consider taking 90 hours training block. Not only is this very cost effective but also is the normal length of time to take a Beginner to Intermediate/Mid Intermediate stage.

Advice before buying training?
1) Finalise which level you are - Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced
2) Agree a time frame and the number of hours a week + per lesson you wish to learn Thai
3) Decide where you would like the training delivered

We will then build you a personalized schedule with you to fit in with your needs and availability.Should you wish to have a combination of On-Site and Off-Site training this can also be accommodated.

Points to Note

• 90 Hours is the average amount of time it takes to take a beginner through to intermediate level
• The more blocks you buy the better the discounted price
• Standard book prices are an additional 300 baht ($9) for the Course Book + 500 baht ($15) for the dictionnary - for pricing Packages including materials please look at the Package links. *Packages are not available for Online Training - for Online Training you will need to purchase books direct from Paiboon here and training direct from us.
• We do not deliver lessons less than 1 hours-2 hours - experience has shown this maximises your learning



For Advanced Training and bespoke training requirements please add an additional 2,000 baht (per 30 hour training block) to the prices above to cover preparation and the cost of a senior teacher.

• Local is defined by us as within 10 minutes from the BTS
• For Off-Site Training further than 10 minutes from the BTS please contact us for a new quotation
• There is a minimum booking of 2 hours per lesson for this service - should you wish to have training of less than 2 hours please contact us for a new price
• All travel costs are included in this price
• For Advanced Thai Language training please add an additional 2,000 baht per 30 hour block as per On-Site training
  

Learning Recommendations

 We recommend the following:

• You should aim to study a minimum of three times x 2 hours a week
• Review work covered in class
• Spend time outside the lesson to practice your Thai & do your homework!

These are guidelines only. It is completely up to you how many times you study and whether you practise or not.

Bank Transfer

Please agree the total figure with our staff before making any payment. Once you have made the payment please inform us so we can confirm payment arrival.

Terms

• Blocks must be used within 1 year of purchase
• Cancellation or rescheduling of classes should be made giving at least 24 hours notice before the start of the training – cancellation after 24 hours will be subject to a loss of the training hours (we will deduct the training hours from your total)
• Should there be any problem with training style or teacher please let us know as soon as possible and we will resolve this - if something does not work with you please let us know
• There is no refund for training booked

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday to Friday

Teaching is available between 8.00 AM and 9:00 PM All Week Monday through to Sunday.
